We have been in business for 25 years but messing with Neon for more than 40. Our business is mostly limited to the surrounding suburbs of Northwest Chicago area but we are able to ship some simple items that accommodate secure packing.

Here is a view of the Neon fabrication bench were we heat, bend, and pump the glasswork. There’s a high-vacuum mechanical pump underneath next to the 25,000V @ 1Amp bombarder transformer. These two pieces of equipment work in conjunction with the Neon/Argon bottles mounted above for evacuating, heating and rare-gas filling before tip-off. The finished unit is hermetically sealed and capable of 20+ years of maintenance-free operation if we’ve processed everything correctly and the electrodes perform as expected.
